4th Amendment in Richardson

4th Amendment in Richardson

Whose 4th amendment rights will the city violate next??  Didn’t District Judge Sam A. Lindsay rule that it was a violation of the landlord’s 4th amendment rights when the city inspects an unoccupied property??  Or.. Isn’t it a violation of a tenant’s 4th amendment if the city inspects a tenant’s home without probable cause?? (I think that’s in the constitution)

The Richardson Texas city council feels it will be alright to do either.

Interesting dance Mr. Johnson does with this question from Scott Dunn.
I don’t know any landlord that failed to register their rental property.
Only thing is, making a person register their tenant and their private property is a violation of a citizen’s privacy rights and can’t be justified by any city.
